At Endurance Running, coaching is built around your goals, your schedule, and your life—not a one-size-fits-all plan. Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Book a Free Intro Call
We’ll chat about your running experience, your goals (race, fitness, or life), and what’s getting in your way. No pressure—just a chance to see if coaching is a good fit.
Step 2: Get Your Personalized Plan
If you decide to move forward, you'll fill out our intake form and I'll build a training plan tailored to you—your fitness level, schedule, and ambitions. You’ll get clear workouts, ongoing adjustments, and practical advice you can use right away.
Step 3: Ongoing Support & Accountability
We’ll track your progress together through an online platform called Final Surge. You’ll get feedback, encouragement, and answers to your questions—plus regular check-ins to keep you on track.
